wisdom teeth extraction

i was told by my dentist that i should extract my bottom left wisdom teeth like 1 year ago..i couldn't remember when exactly.. but what i know is that the wisdom teeth has grown in the wrong position..like this

well..this problem is quite common..but mine has become more serious because it has affected my molar (geraham)..the wisdom teeth is also has gone rotten (is it the correct term? in malay berlubang la)..since it was quite difficult to brush at that area..so i went to see dentist and i got filling treatment for that teeth..it was temporary only..and the filler will eventually loosen and tertanggal..




and yesterday was the day when the pain struck me like heck!! i was so in pain that i barely sleep.. so this morning,i decided to see dentist to get my wisdom teeth extracted.. it was a total walk in treatment..without an appointment.. luckily the patient who was supposed to get treatment at that time canceled the appointment..so the dentist is free.. she asked me if im ready for this.. i answered her..i still gonna have to do it sooner or later..since my next exam is on Wed, 4 more day, why not suffered for this time only..on the other hand, if i didn't get the treatment, for the whole 4 days i need to bear the pain..



actually i did some research about this..removing wisdom teeth is really painful..since the teeth is quite near to the nerves at the gum..however,,the teeth will be numbed first in order to make the pain lesser during the extraction..there are also some scary facts about after the surgery and all..so i was quite afraid..but still..this need to be done! hehe..

back to my story, okay, i was injected in order to numb my teeth.. then it all started..drilling..blood..pulling..another shot coz it was too painful..continue again...
after 45 minutes, the dentist asked me to bite the gauze..after a little while, she began to stitch at the area of extraction..another gauze to bite..and done..


i was quite surprise coz initially the nurse said that the surgery would take up to 2 hours..
mine is about 1 hour only..and the dentist said there is not much blood lose during the surgery..
overall,the operation was successful..alhamdullilah..

then i go get the prescriptions, bay the bill, and set another appointment for stitches removal..
my mouth is still numb..i barely talked.. i couldn't laugh but at least i can smile..
